BY-LAWS

The most recent version of our By-Laws were accepted by Members on April 18, 2014.

Revisions to the By-Laws may occur at any general meeting of the membership and can be passed by a simple majority of eligible members present and voting. Amendments to the By-Laws must be circulated at least 30 days prior to the meeting at which the vote on the proposed amendment is to be taken.

At our Spring Annual General Business Meeting (April 13, 2019), we introduced several new Policies which were sent to Members for comment. The versions below are date stamped and represent the most up-to-date versions of those policies, which are subject to change and updates over time:

ABOUT ASSOCIATION

The APANB – AAPNB is a registered not-for-profit, self-governing professional association which serves as a body to represent the professional interests of individuals working in the field of Archaeology, or related disciplines, while establishing and maintaining principles and standards of archaeological practice in New Brunswick.
